The menu's "Colossal" clams are no exaggeration. How about Ginger
Shrimp sautéed and placed over grilled pineapple? But, wait, just
what was in that sauce? Garlic? Cilantro? Chilies?
Whatever it was, I want a bottle of it to take home! Do I dare
tell you about the fresh halibut, fried oysters, beef short ribs or
seasoned New York Strip Steak with 'Canyon Fries'? Don't miss the
Southwestern Spring Rolls.
No meal at the Copper
Canyon is complete without imbibing one of their famous Margaritas.
You can choose one from the bar's extensive menu or sample a distinctive
tequila. With over 150 available, the Copper Canyon has one of the
largest selections available in New Jersey. The house merlot and
cabernet are also excellent.
The Copper Canyon is open
for lunch from 12:00 - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and serves
dinner, Monday through Saturday from 4:30 - 10:00 PM.
