Subject: Your NJ Shore Guide Yearly Subscription Has Now Been Terminated!

This is a notice to inform you that after three e-mailed and faxed overdue reminder attempts, your account with us is now past due and your account has now been terminated as of 06/19/08! Please contact us if you would like to renew your account again for another full year.

Please note: if you are currently using our "NJ Shore Guide" or "Wildfire Enterprises" banner ads, logos or copyrights, you must remove these from your website immediately! As of the current date of this initial e-mail date, you have up to seven business days for the removal of our NJ Shore Guide logos in your site(s).

If our request is not fulfilled within this time period, we will then be forced to take legal action, then being represented by our company attorney, who will request this enforcement by judgment request by the Ocean County, NJ Court System in the County Seat of Toms River, NJ.

Legal proceedings would then commence to force the removal of our banner ads, logos, or copyrights within your website, which are owned, trademarked and copyrighted by NJ Shore Guide and Wildfire Enterprises and you would then be notified by the Ocean County, NJ Court System to appear in court for legal actions and damages.

Thank you for your time and attention concerning this important matter and again... if you would like to renew with us, we thank you ahead of time for doing so and for your continued business with us and please contact us to get your account back up to date with us and reestablished.
